About Us
Canaveral Tours established in 2017 with Canaveral Wildlife Tours, expanded to Canaveral Lighthouse Tours in partnership with the Lighthouse Foundation to provide tours to the Lighthouse and Space Force Station starting 2019. Our 10 passenger Mercedes Coach was outfitted with very specific desires to offer a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to our guests. Climate controlled for a ‘No Sweat’ experience, multimedia for entertaining and informative presentations and the small group setting so everyone gets to participate. We enjoy hearing stories from our guests who are adventurers, historians, lighthouse and spaceflight enthusiast. Guest of all ages, young and those seasoned at heart, have enjoyed joining us to hear and see the rich history Cape Canaveral and Merritt Island has to offer.

Old_Bones2023-12-17Awesome Space History Tour This was a very informative tour. The lighthouse is interesting and an easy climb. The other stops on the tour include both restored and unrestored rockets and associated vehicles, and space launch facilities. The all analog launch control center is like something out of a time capsule, perfectly preserved in every respect! Our guides were very helpful and explained little known details of many of exhibits. Whether you are a space nut, or just looking for an interesting activity while in the area, don't miss this tour! The tour pick up and drop off point is at Sand's Space History Museum a free museum with many historic artifacts of space exploration.
Cecilia L2023-12-02Amazing! My daughter and I did this tour and it was amazing. Our guide Kevin was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We were fortune to be able to go into hangar C where many of the refurbished rockets were being housed. That was amazing. At launch complex 26 we were treated to a tour by a gentleman who worked on the Snark rocket back in 1952. He worked at the base for an eternity and still remembered everything like it was yesterday. Most of the people on this tour are volunteers and love what they are telling you about. So much pride comes across in their chats. You should absolutely do this tour.
cherie2023-11-16Fabulous tour Kevin our driver met us right on schedule and what a delightful man he is. He is very knowledgeable and along with his teammate Karen, our guide who is full of stories , history, and facts concerning the lighthouse and the NASA PROGRAM. A delightful 4 hour experience
CactusPatch2023-10-08Better than we could have ever imagined! Better than we could have ever imagined! Shelly and Karen were great leading our group of seven. We toured the lighthouse which had an army of docents providing all sorts of information and history. We also visited four plus different space flight sights, facilities museums and equipment areas. Again with docents. Amazing and a thrill! A full 4 hours. (don’t worry lots of restroom stops and they had bottle water for us too) We recommend the tour to all that appreciate a deep dive into cape canaveral! (Our group was on a cruise that docked in port canaveral. The tour van picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise ship dock.)

Canaveral Tours gives you access to places on the Space Coast that I never knew existed and I have been a Brevard Co. resident for 23 years.

Fascinating combination that takes you around Canaveral and deep into a fascinating history. Mock 1950s style rocket launch was awesome, history of people and monkeys launched into space was another fascinating part. Our guide and the other guests were amazing
